Now I just eat until I am not hungry...notice I didn't say full. As soon as I feel satisfied (no more hunger feeling) I stop eating. Sometimes that is two bites, sometimes it is 10, and sometimes it may be 20. I also don't live by eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I don't eat until I am hungry (which is never in the mornings). I eat almost anything I want. I do still avoid bread, rice, and pasta and a try to stay on a low sodium diet (due to my bp), but if I want sweets I eat sweets.
